 Currently Onsite: The Collection, 6th Street Condos construction is progressing steadily, with multiple activities underway. The exterior sheathing is ongoing, which involves installing protective barriers to ensure a secure and weather-resistant building envelope. Meanwhile, the interior steel framing is also taking shape, providing structure for the interior spaces. To see the spacious interiors of these units taking shape is exciting, to say the least! Electrical work is another essential aspect of the project, and the installation of electrical systems and wiring is currently underway. The mechanical systems, including HVAC and plumbing, are also being installed, ensuring the building will be comfortable, functional and energy efficient. Additionally, the installation of the doors and window framing is in progress, providing real-time glimpses of what the finished look of the building exterior will be. We've included a photo showing the viewscape from a west facing window and patio. Overall, The Collection is progressing well, with various activities being carried out simultaneously. The construction team is working diligently to ensure that the project is completed on time and to the highest standards of quality. Once completed, the building is set to provide a modern and attractive space for residents and businesses in the area. Next Up: Roof and exterior envelope to be completed along with additional interior framing.
