June 2023 Update

Currently Onsite: We’ve got a lot going on – things are cookin’ this month! The exterior weather proofing is complete; including the sealant that is a bright yellow color – don’t worry, it won’t stay that way! The exterior insulation and stucco application has begun. The finished exterior will be a few different materials, including Nichiha (a fiber cement siding product), stucco, and brick. Lastly, the storefront glass on the first floor has been installed.
