Currently Onsite: Progress continues with exterior weatherproofing, which includes applying sheathing and the roof membrane, along with installation of exterior windows and doors. Each condo's interior framing has continued, as well as the roughing in of mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire suppression systems. The commercial spaces on the main level have taken shape and are being advertised for sale or lease.
