Currently Onsite: The next few months will fly by, as things are changing quickly at 205 E 6th St.! The second floor has been painted, kitchen and bathroom cabinetry installed and tile is being laid as we speak. A team consisting of folks from Dehn Real Estate, Loveland Design and Atreyu Interiors started working on this project two years ago to perfect the look of each of the 15 homes in The Collection as well as each common area. To see each home come to fruition is so satisfying. We’re working from floor two, up, so the fourth-floor drywall is hung and being finished with a beautiful, smooth finish. On the exterior, the yellow is finally getting covered! Two slightly contrasting greys have been chosen for the stucco colors, as well as opposing trim and clad colors. The 1960s original brick will be mostly on the lower end of the building, around the commercial spaces. The combination of stucco, Nichiha (fiber cement) and brick, topped off with steel accents, will give the exterior an excellent variety of texture for a rich finish. Up Next: Inside finishes will continue up, toward the fourth floor. Exterior scaffolding will come down on the east side first as stucco and Nichiha go up. Don't forget to check out The Collection Loveland on Facebook and Instagram. Neighborhood Highlight: An easy two-block stroll south will lead you to one of Loveland’s favorite food spots – Door 222 (located at… you guessed it, 222 4th St.) Door 222 has the perfect food and drink pairing for any occasion, but will put together special, specific menus and pairings for occasions like Mother’s Day, Easter Brunch, New Year’s Eve and more. Also, keep an eye out for their fun-for-no-reason events, like their Tour of Italy Dinner and Freemark Abbey Wine Dinner. If you have questions, please reach out to either one of us.
